Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• PiqueTickets: The platform, including the website and mobile applications, used to purchase and manage event tickets.
• User: Any individual or entity using the platform, including attendees, event producers, and organizers.
• Producer: Individuals or organizations listing events and selling tickets on the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use PiqueTickets. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Account Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Activities: Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, scalping, and unauthorized reselling of tickets, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Ticket Purchases

• Pricing and Fees: Ticket prices are set by event producers. PiqueTickets charges a fee of 3% + $1.50 per ticket plus processing fees, which are disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the producer's refund policy, which is displayed during purchase. In the event of cancellations, PiqueTickets will assist with processing refunds but is not responsible for covering refund costs.
• Ticket Authenticity and Transfer Policy: Tickets purchased through PiqueTickets must not be altered or resold. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's ID for entry. Tickets are not transferable.

4. Site Abuse Policy

PiqueTickets is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform for all users. Site abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks without valid cause.
• Hacking, tampering, or disrupting platform operations.
• Spamming, phishing, or attempting to gather users' personal information unlawfully.
• Harassing or threatening event organizers, attendees, or PiqueTickets staff.
• Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of content or trademarks.

Any violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and in severe cases, legal action may be taken.
